Pigment washed twill unstructured crown with curved brim and adjustable self-fabric backstrap. Die cut embroidery with cotton thread on front.

The Stars were founded in 1933, and played in Philadelphia's West Parkside neighborhood, at the Pennsylvania Railroad YMCA Athletic Field at Belmont and Parkside Avenues. On Monday nights, they would often play at Shibe Park.

Led by lefthanded twirler Slim Jones, the team won the 1934 Negro National League championship. Their home games at that time were played on Passon Field, which today is the home field for West Philly High School.

Great price, great quality, great cause

Philadelphia Stars cap is my new go to hat. If you are a true baseball fan, do what you can to remember and pass on the great (and ignored, for the most part) tradition of Negro League Baseball.

Awesome

I love that we can rep such a historic franchise. I think that having apparel for those teams that paved the way for the game to evolve to what we have today. I love the rich history, I love the hat itself
